ILO official Mr. Ernst said that
now, young laborers who are seeking jobs
are starting to become discouraged and stop looking for work.
They have to stay at home
and hope that they will find work
if the economic situation improves.
When these people actively stop looking for work
they will have been unemployed for many years
which will make finding a job even more difficult.
