Out of all the continents, ILO indicates that
youth unemployment rates will decrease
specifically in economically developed countries.
ILO estimates they could keep decreasing from 17.5% in this year
to 15.6% in the next 5 years.
Ekkehard Ernst, report author, warns that
the declining unemployment rate
of youth in developed countries
is having little effect on the total unemployment number
of youth which is rising.
