As for East Asia,
the International Labor Organization's study forecasts that
the rate of youth without work will increase
from 9.5 percent currently
to 10.4 percent within the next 5 years.
The ILO's report expects this problem
in the countries to the south of the Sahara Desert won't improve
but won't get any worse than at this time
where the unemployment rate is 12 percent due to the continent
still being unable to create more jobs for youth
as was first expected.
