a major rice growing area in central Vietnam, said that
although now it's not considered to be a golden opportunity for exporting Vietnam rice,
it's a starting point of long term opportunities
that will help for Vietnam
to gradually change the method for choosing rice strains in cultivation
and expand the area for growing higher quality rice
to support the needs of the domestic market
and international (markets) in the next few years.
