On the other hand, foreign ministers of France, Germany and Poland
will travel to Kiev
to consult with various parties in the Ukraine this Thursday
before the European Union (or EU)
will consider economic measures to punish Ukraine leaders
for the violence that occurred.
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said that
this group of travelers from the EU
will meet with various groups that play a role in Kiev
and try to persuade these people to turn to negotiate.
From there he will travel back to Brussels
to decide on what he sees is needed next.
