The 2 Indian store owners refused to give in to demands for a while,
but pressure to change the store's name kept increasing.
The consulate of Israel in Mumbai spoke out on this matter
to the local government of Gujarat when they traveled to visit.
So local officials issued a warning to the store owners that
if they didn't agree to change the name, their business license would be revoked.
Overwhelming pressure
made the store owners agree to change the name.
But Rajesh Shah said that the store's customers never complained
that they didn't agree with the store's name.
He said the store's customers liked this name.
The store's first customer said he entered the store to shop because he liked the store's name.
The owners said that no customer told them to change the store's name
because everybody likes the store name "Hitler".
