United States President Barack Obama
traveled to Russia on Thursday
to attend the annual G20 meeting,
but confirmed that
there will not be a bilateral meeting between the US President
and Russian President Vladimir Putin
after both leaders had different opinions about
using military actions against the Syrian government
arising from US accusations that
Syrian governemnt troops
used chemical weapons to kill thousands of their own citizens.
Usually, G20 meetings are about economic issues
but it appears this time the important topic is Syria,
with member countries having different opinions
on whether or not there should be support for attacking Syria.
