The US leader said that
health care costs are weighing down the economy
and it's something that's felt wrong for a long time,
enough so there's a need to urgently resolve this problem
under the law originated by President Obama called the Affordable Care Act,
or known as "Obamacare" for short.
Insurance companies will not be able to refuse paying health care costs of Americans
because of the insured's previous health issues.
Public Health Professor Jonathan Weiner
of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore said that
the number one challange of this law
is making sure that
no Americans will be refused by insurance companies
due to previous health conditions
or because they are low income.
