Secretary Clinton spoke in an APEC meeting on Sunday that the United States
is happy to cooperate with all countries
in solving the disputes
regarding various island groups in the Pacific Ocean.
Not only the conflicts between Japan and South Korea, China and Japan,

who claim ownership in the South China Sea.
